KETO diet Effect : 273lbs to 182lbs



There is a lot I could say but I’ll keep it simple.
At my heaviest I was over 280lbs, I started not eating so much and being more active but still struggled at 273lbs, but lo’ and behold I found keto.
I started out in June on the 13th, slipped up 2 weeks in but got back to it. Today is the 20th day in the month of November as of this post. I’ve gone from a 2xl to a medium shirt, a size 44 waist to 36.
I’m still going for more though, trying to get to a place I’ve never been before.
No doubt this was fast, and my age played a factor, but it is the effort you put in that gets you there.
So don’t give up, run that good race to the finish.
Because when you get there you’re going to realize that it was worth it.
