187 pounds to 140 pounds in 6 Months : KETO Diet Effect



When I stepped on the scale in April 2019, I was whopping 187 pounds (Obese for 5'5" guy). I was very worried and wanted to loose weight to a normal level and that is when I learnt about Keto.
I mostly did lazy keto. I was just making sure that I was under 20g of carbs. Most of my meals involved combination of coffee or tea, rotisserie chicken, veggie stir fry, eggs, chicken and goat curry.
I had my high and low but at the end, I did it. I am now 140 pound (as of November 2019) and in normal weight range with near perfect blood pressure level. I now wear Small (instead of L) and my waist is down to 29 from 34.
To everyone who is on Keto and or planning on getting on keto diet:
  1. Keep going.
  2. It's worth it.
  3. You will feel better.
  4. People with respect you.
  5. You will respect yourself.
  6. Life will be less difficult.
  7. You will buy a lot of clothes.
